The magnificent first floor master bedroom boasts panoramic views of the Côte d'Azur, enjoyed either from the private terrace or  the free standing bath in the en suite.  At pool level of the property there is a further beautiful double bedroom suite interconnecting with a bunk bedded room. There is also a very large open plan area with sitting and bar area for the adults and a children's games area with toys, board games, pool table, table tennis and football table.  Outside there is a further dedicated children's play area, steps down to a viewing platform to enjoy the incredible views,  and an additional dining area with dining table and wooden benches at the upper level for large groups.
