Situated within the grounds of an award winning wine and olive oil producing farm, Villa Fieravista is an eclectic blend of traditional architecture, with stone walls and impressive vaulted ceilings, and chic, contemporary style. A spacious sitting room is furnished with a soft, luxurious corner sofa and an open fireplace with a separate bright open dining space, with a table seating all 10 guests and featuring the villa's own indoor pizza oven.. There is a fantastic professional kitchen in stainless steel which opens to a beautiful breakfast terrace with a breathtaking view and a vegetable garden from which guests can help themselves.

The first floor features 5 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and beautiful views; a second sitting room with a bar completes this floor, meanwhile the lower ground floor features a wellness area with a steam room and a well-equipped gym. The private wine cellar is also located on this floor, for sampling fine wines from the celebrated Chianti region. This villa also has a lift to travel between the floors for ease.

The outdoor space is breathtaking, offering panoramic countryside views across the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills amplifying this villa’s idyllic secluded location. There are yoga mats for guests to practice morning sun salutations on the terrace and elsewhere within the extensive grounds there is a beautiful pool out on one of the lawns, with parasols, loungers and poolside beanbags. Fine finishing touches at Villa Fieravista include complimentary breakfast 7 days a week, and a light welcome dinner cooked by a chef.

About the area

Chianti and South of Siena

Average weather

The hills south of Florence, known as the Chianti, look like most people’s idea of ‘classic Tuscany’. Fortress towns such as Castellina and Radda look out over mile after mile of rolling, vine-clad fields, spotted with Tuscany villas. The region’s major annual festival, September’s Rassegna del Chianti Classico in Greve, celebrates the grape harvest, and signs inviting anyone on a Chianti holiday to a roadside enoteca (wine tasting canteen or shop) are a common sight. The Gothic city of Siena, south of Chianti, is the biggest hill-town of all, with a stash of Medieval art and architecture unmatched in Italy.

But Tuscany still has surprises to offer, and unknown even to many Italians. Maremma, only a two-hour drive southwest of the city of Florence is an extensive and largely undeveloped territory in stark contrast to the compact, ordered Chianti hillsides around Florence and Siena that have, until now, been the major draw for visiting wine lovers. The Maremma has great restaurants, and a treasure trove of new wineries.
