Destination Expert
Rim Dammak
I am originally from Tunisia but moved to Spain over 12 years ago. I lived first in Lanzarote where I started a combined experience in business and hospitality management mainly in the luxury sector. I then moved to Mallorca and have continued to work in the travel industry. I enjoy meeting and talking with different people, recognizing and resolving problems quickly and efficiently. You have to make sure you have a positive relationship with the guests so that their experience is as good as it can be, catered to their needs.
Describe the perfect day in your destination?
A perfect day starts with a family breakfast in front of the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Then, I'd spend the day with them in the sunshine on a yacht. We'd come back home for a quick refresh and then regroup for drinks and dinner.
What are your top travel tips for your destination?
Your CV Villas representative is your local assistant. We know all about the destination and also about your villa, so we are really only here to help. We try to do our best to make sure your holiday is exactly as you want it.
What local cuisine would you recommend to people staying in your destination?
Breakfast often includes an ensaimada - this is a delicious spiral bun that's been dusted with icing sugar. For lunch, choose tapas or a delicious paella, and for dinner, fish with trampo - a well-balanced and refined dish that includes tomato, green Mallorcan peppers and onion, with olive oil, salt and not much else!
What experiences would you recommend to our customers in your destination?
A boat trip here is often requested and is a great way to experience and discover the hidden beauty of Mallorca. Hiring a private chef is also a recommended luxury.
