My passion for travel started since a young age, born on a multicultural family and having family living in many countries, I always dreamed of travelling to visit them. I was born in Venezuela, and went to study Hotel Management at the university in Costa Rica, where I lived for 13 years and worked in hotels, travel agencies, scuba diving tour operators among others. I moved to the UK approximately 12 years ago, where I decided to settle and call London home, and I have worked for different companies in the travel industry including luxury travel agencies selling holidays to worldwide destinations. I have been lucky to travel to more than 35 countries around the world, I love adventures and I have scuba dived with hundreds of sharks, explored the deep sea (300 meters depth) in a submarine, ridden on the back of a motorbike around Europe, co-piloted a small plane in Central America, travelled around Southern Africa for 3 months staying at the most amazing safari lodges, visited orangutans in the wilderness in rain forest in Malaysia, and more. I joined CV Villas in 2022, and I am looking forward to find the most beautiful villa for your next holiday!

What is your favourite destination? 

 I have many favourite destinations. The Greek islands are my favourite in Europe, as there are so many beautiful beaches, the food is delicious, people are friendly and it has a lot of variety from one island to the other. In the Americas, Costa Rica is such a small country but has so much to offer to everyone, from cloud forest, volcanos, black or white sand beaches, to world class scuba diving. 

Which destination is top of your bucket list and why?

On my bucket list I have so many countries, but if I have to pick up three it would be to see the gorillas in Rwanda, travel around Sri Lanka and stay at one of the beautiful CV Villas, or sail for 3 months around all the Greek islands.

How do you spend your time whilst on holiday?

It depends on where I go, but usually I never plan how I spend my holidays as I prefer to explore it at my own pace, talk to the locals and enjoy the non-tourist sites. I have visit places several times and every time I go back, I always find something new and exciting.

What's your top travel tip?

If you are travelling to one of our villas, I would highly recommend to talk to our very knowledgeable reps, they know the areas inside out and can tell you all the info you would never find on a travel guide. Always do your research before travelling, but talk to locals, especially with the taxi drivers for the best places to see and eat. And last but not least, don't forget to relax!
