Vineyard House, Portugal

Aptly named Vineyard House enjoys mesmerising views across sun-soaked vineyards and silvered olive groves in the Douro Valley. Groups will love the large pool sunken into the terrace - with four loungers at each end so that all guests can relax together in the blissful sunshine; we also love the poolside snooker room!

There’s no need for guests to fight over the best bedroom, as all four are en suite and open to the beautiful terrace. A range of exciting extras are included to make your stay extra special including daily breakfast, wine tasting and a two hour Rabelo boat ride on the Douro river.

Deia Village House, mallorca

Set in the hills, Deia Village House enjoys breathtaking views of the charming surrounding villages all the way to the sea. Ideally located less than 2km from Deia’s shops, restaurants and pretty pebble beach, this villa offers guests a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience and style. Inside the villa is cool and contemporary with plenty of space for guests across three floors.

Each of the elegant bedrooms are en suite, with French doors welcoming in the light and surrounding views; whoever stays on the ground floor will enjoy easy access to the pool for a morning dip! The infinity pool is simply stunning and no doubt where groups will spend much of their time either swimming or lounging poolside on the rattan daybeds.

Villa Positano, Italy

New to our ABOVE portfolio this year, Villa Positano is a peacefully positioned archetype of luxury overlooking the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. The enchanting terrace is furnished for all guests to dine together on fine Italian cuisine under the stars, with spectacular sea views. Melyssia House, corfu

The magnificent free-form pool forms the focal point at Melyssia House, nestled into a picturesque hillside of mature olive groves in northeast Corfu. With ample space for 14, guests can spend their time swimming or simply enjoying the breathtaking view from one of many poolside loungers or luxurious daybeds.

Elsewhere a shaded dining terrace is perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy their meals courtesy of Melyssia’s very own chef, while the concierge can take care of group requests such as in-villa beauty treatments or personal training sessions.

Villa Rodi, corfu

New to our Corfu portfolio for 2021, Villa Rodi is sure to be a popular choice for large group holidays this summer. The outside space at Rodi is perfect for entertaining. Tucked away on the slopes of Mount Albano close to the town of Monsummano Terme, Visi Manor House is a luxurious country getaway with panoramic views across the Tuscan countryside. Not only does this oceanfront house have a fabulous cook and concierge included, Villa Susanna is also home to an impressive 20m infinity pool and a bridge that crosses to a gorgeous gazebo look-out point. Ideal for large groups, Susanna’s accommodation is split across five separate buildings, offering an abundance of space for groups to enjoy slowing down to St Lucia’s pace of island living.

A footpath leads through the gardens to picturesque Trou Rolland cove, thoughtfully equipped for beach barbecues, plus twice a week guests have complimentary use of a 33ft speedboat!

Kalokairi Beach House, corfu

Moments away from the soft sands of Kalamaki beach, Kalokairi Beach House is a superb villa for entertaining large groups of friends and families on holiday. The panoramic terrace and sunken solar heated pool provide ample space for al fresco living under the golden Greek sun.

Comfortable loungers and parasols surround the pool looking out to endless sea vistas, and a pathway leads from the gardens straight down to the beach below. La Vista, costa brava

A chic and contemporary villa on the coast in Costa Brava, aptly named La Vista, which in English means ‘The View’ is a show stopping property close to Port Lligat. Indoors is bright and spacious, with a number of different areas in which to relax comfortably and to dine indoors. Alongside eight comfortable bedrooms, groups can enjoy not one, but two games rooms - for pool and table tennis, plus a sauna that’s located on the lower ground floor.
